Exchange, return and/or refund policy
To guarantee our customer service quality, this statement sets out the circumstances under which ProSafety is willing to accept the return of items previously purchased on our website by the customer, and under which conditions a refund or exchange will be approved.
- The customer is entitled to a free exchange or refund within 14 calendar days after receipt of the goods (right of withdrawal).
- The exchange or refund request can be submitted by e-mail to info@prosafety.com stating the order reference or the delivery note number, the item(s) concerned and the newly desired product (size, colours, etc.) in case of an exchange.
- ProSafety will provide the customer with a returns label by post that needs to be attached to the box, so that the item(s) can be returned. The shipping costs of this 1st return are borne by ProSafety
- The items must be returned to Prosafety in new condition, in their original packaging, with the original label and without any indications on the product or packaging.
Upon receipt of the return and subject to conformity of the returned items, we will exchange or refund.
ProSafety will do everything necessary to deliver the new goods to the customer as soon as possible.
In case of an exchange, the processing time may be slightly longer depending on the supplier's stocks. - If an exchange is not possible or not desired by the customer, he/she can request a full refund of the goods. This refund will be made within a maximum period of 14 working days, which can be extended pending the return of the goods.
- Refunds are only possible to a bank account number (IBAN and BIC in this case are confirmed in writing by the customer) regardless of the payment method used for the purchase.
- For personalised items or items as a result of a specific order, exchange and/or refund is not possible. (Printing with logo, customised sizing, etc.)
